Finnish Language Says Welcome

Our volunteers have been trained in the TOISTO method and we organize a study course in Finnish once a week for immigrants living in Grankulla.

TOISTO is a method that allows you to learn the basics of the Finnish language by listening, repeating and speaking. The repetition method can be used e.g. to support the initial phase of integration and for people excluded from the workforce.

Senior Living Room in Kauniainen

Granin Lähiapu started in May 2023 a Senior Living Room in Villa Apollo, Palokunnantie 7 in Grankulla. Every Monday 13.00-15.00 we offer coffee and buns in Villa Apollo with a nice chat for the elderly in Grankulla. From time to time we also organize a program there for the participants.
